A bedroom is a room with a door, a closet, and at least 6'8" ceiling height.

Inventory - Features
If there are fireplaces, how many are gas? Wood burning? Woodstove? Is the woodstove certified?
Roof age, condition, material, layers?
Siding material, condition, last painting?
Is there a porch or deck? Briefly describe.
Special Features
Please list the special features in each room, like ceiling fans, built-ins, fireplaces, hardwood floors, etc. If you know the dimensions of your rooms, please include those (if not, we will come measure for you)
If so, how many cars fit? Garage Opener? Is it a shared driveway? Please provide details.
Check all that are present:
Please list all of the updates that you've done to the property since it was purchased. The more detail, the better for our marketing!
